Customer Service Agent – Leeds Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire - Office based Monday-Friday
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Have experience in a customer service role dealing directly with consumers
Be able to work on site in Leeds (LS12) 5 days per week
Have proven experience of handling complaints, queries and have a track record of success in doing so
Our client is a leading dental business based in Leeds, providing exceptional dental care and cosmetic treatments.
As they continue to grow, we're looking for multiple dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant's to join their in-house team immediately.

The Customer Service Assistant(s) will be the first point of contact for their clients, delivering excellent customer service over the phone, via email, and in person.
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring a warm and professional response.
Address client concerns or questions, providing accurate information about our treatments and services.
Liaise with dental practitioners and other team members to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
Support clients with finance applications and payment processes as required.
Assist with general administrative tasks to support the team.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service in a B2C environment.
Comfortable using booking systems and Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
