Customer Service And Support

Our client has a customer service and support role will include taking and processing customer orders - including payments - over the phone and via email.
Responsibilities will involve Taking orders by phone, email and post and fulfilling the order on the appropriate IT system(s) with a high degree of accuracy, including processing payments.
Manage queries from customers and internal colleagues about orders placed Manage requests for returns or complaints in line with company policy and ensure the customer is clear about their responsibilities with regards to the returns / complaints process.
Contact couriers to resolve queries from customers or internal colleagues and make arrangements for collection of returns Build strong working relationships with internal colleagues to ensure everyone is working to deliver the best service possible to our customers.
