Customer Service Agent

Our client based in Redhill, are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their team in Redhill on a contract basis.
This role will be working full time in their office in Redhill.
Working in a busy call centre, within a friendly and professional team.
You will mainly be taking inbound calls relating to a variety of occupational pension schemes.
You may be required to answer queries via email and be asked to provide support to the administration and customer service team Hit individual (KPI of 50 calls per day) and team targets Monday - Friday, 35 hours a week, 7 hours per day Carbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
