The Role: We're looking for three Customer Service Assistants to join our customer service team. This is a hybrid working role , combining the flexibility of working from home with the opportunity to collaborate in our modern office.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing excellent customer service via phone and email. Handling enquiries, orders, and queries with professionalism and care. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Contributing to a positive and engaging team environment.
