What you'll do You will be the first point of contact for customers over the phone, providing clear and understandable information and assistance, with a focus on helping, supporting, and guiding them to make their financial lives easier.
While this is a contact centre role, it is no ordinary contact centre, as our customers often reach out to discuss their Credit Card, Loan, and Saving accounts after purchasing groceries from Sainsbury's or products from Argos.
Your role will involve engaging with customers in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they receive the same exceptional customer service they experience in-store.
You will receive comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to answer customer inquiries and provide professional assistance.
