Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join us at Main Man Supplies, Cradley Heath B64 7BJ If you are interested in this role, you will be passionate about offering a high standard of customer service: You are motivated by delivering great customer service Enjoy problem solving handling a high volume of calls Enjoy relationship building and communicating with customers In this role you will be the first point of call, receiving inbound calls.  Take ownership of resolving issues and ultimately offer a positive experience to customers Full time role 8am – 5pm Competitive salary Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
