Your new role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will manage customer enquiries and resolve issues from the beginning of the case to the end, ensuring a seamless and first-class experience for customers.
This is a permanent position offering a salary of £27,000 per annum with hybrid working available after ; What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in customer service or case/complaint management Excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to problem-solving skills A proactive and positive attitude towards customer interactions What you'll get in return £27,000 per annum, increasing to £29,000 after training 27 days holiday + bank holidays Yearly bonus depending on company performance Canteen and chef on-site
