Customer Service Advisor

In this role, you will be working closely with a fellow Service Advisor to take responsibility for customer repair requirements.
Keep the customer updated at each stage of the repair journey.
Complete paperwork and ensure prices and delivery dates are accurate.
Understand the Bodyshop offering, to be able to advise customers and reassure them at each stage of the process.
Help ensure that a customer has a positive experience while their car is with us.
Working to high standards suitable for brands such as Ferrari, Porsche, BMW and the other brands Dick Lovett Group represent.
In this role you will have the chance to work collaboratively with all members of the Bodyshop, so we are looking for a team player that wants to expand their skillset in a supportive team.
