Customer Service Advisor

In this role, your duties would include: Promptly answering inbound calls from customers Pre-empt customer requirements through active listening and use of multiple questioning methods Work effectively and efficiently when dealing with client requests, multitasking where possible to complete notes & log any queries Ensure all calls are compliant with Data Protection Listen to the client's request, confirm all data and reassure them through use of positive language Suggest or recommend other relevant products offered by IN-SYNC Group that clients may find beneficial Resolve customer queries first time, using all knowledge sources and content available via the IN-SYNC Help Centre Escalates any customer concerns or complaints for quick resolution Using customer feedback to inform line managers of potential issues and ideas for improvement We would welcome applications for this Customer Service Advisor position from candidates with the following skills: Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Advisor, Call Centre, Customer Journey, Tax, VAT, HMRC, Rebates, Banking, Self-Assessments, Payroll, Self-employed, Workers, Logistics, Construction, PAYE, Customer Care.
