This is a small team who handle calls for all council services .The successful candidate will have a caring, can do approach to customer service and will be required to provide support to a wide variety of citizens, businesses and visitors to Stirling.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a caring nature who can show empathy to their customer whilst following set processes and procedures.This is a highly pressured role where excellent team work is required to ensure the best service is delivered to our customers.
The successful candidate will need to have a can do approach to problem solving, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to adapt to continual change.The working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, due to the nature of the role there is no flexibility in these working time.Interviews will be held on 13th December If you've got the right skills for the job we want to hear from you.
