Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire Salary: £13,635.24 - £13,854.05 per annum (full time equivalent £22,932 rising to £23,300 per annum (Professional Services Grade 3 & 3a) Job Type: Permanent, Part Time - 22 hours per week (Wednesday-Thursday 8.30-5.00, Friday 8.30-4.30) 52 weeks per year) Closing Date: Wednesday 20th November 2024 Customer Service Advisor - The Role: As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that our customers rely on.
From answering questions, providing course information and supporting our students with daily queries to working collaboratively with our curriculum team to process part-time applications and enrolments.
You will play a crucial role in the outstanding experience our students and visitors receive when they come to Wiltshire College & University Centre.
Customer Service Advisor - You: A genuine passion for helping others and a positive attitude that shines through in every interaction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Your ability to communicate on all levels will be key.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
Empathy and patience - you understand that every customer is unique and deserves your full attention.

Knowledge and demonstrable experience within a customer facing role and be able to evidence your understanding of the importance of quality.
Your ability to communicate on all levels will be key.
A flexible and positive approach and have a strong ability to manage a substantial workload.
Excellent IT skills.
Level 2 (GCSE A-C) qualification or equivalent in English and Maths.
