Description Customer Service Advisor(s)Runcorn, office-based£22, per annum The position requires a professional approach to customer service and a desire for continuous improvement as you will be liaising with healthcare professionals.
The role includes: dealing with incoming calls, placing customer orders, investigating and resolving customer queries, informing customers on all aspects of our services and product ranges, and proactive service calls.
