Temp Customer Service Advisor Location: Leamington Spa Salary: £12.90 - £13.50 per hour Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Credit Control Customer Service Advisor to join a team in Leamington Spa temporarily until the end of February.
In this role, you will play a vital part in managing customer relationships and ensuring smooth cash flow into the business.

Key Responsibilities: Handle high volumes of inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Guide customers through the entire credit control process with a focus on reducing late payments and minimising debt.
Resolve invoice and account issues promptly to ensure first-time resolution and maximum customer satisfaction.
Actively work to optimise cash flow by encouraging timely payments.
Foster strong relationships with customers, the salesforce, and internal departments to enhance collaboration and problem-solving.
Address customer queries in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring resolutions are delivered efficiently.
Skills and Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Experience in credit control or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
