Our Community Service Centre in Plymouth is currently looking for a new Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team.

Our Customer Service Advisors are a pivotal part of the success of the service we provide.
From arranging deliveries and collections of equipment with service users to answering inbound calls from Service Users and Occupational Therapists, your role as a Customer Service Advisor will be varied.
As well as assisting Service Users, you will also liaise with the Community Equipment Technicians to ensure the service runs smoothly.
As well as this you'll also be responsible providing excellent customer service to our Service users and resolving any issues in an efficient and timely matter.
This role requires strong computer skills and previous experience in customer service roles.
This role will provide support to our Plymouth team, as we provide equipment across Devon and the surrounding areas.. Full training will be provided as a part of this role.
Most importantly, you'll have the necessary care and compassion required to ensure our Service runs smoothly, so our Service users receive the best possible customer service.
