We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Advisors to join an exciting, new team in Ringwood.
WHAT'S THE ROLE?
Join a vibrant Customer Contact Centre where you'll handle a range of customer interactions - from booking queries to memberships and special event inquiries.
Your mission?
To make sure every customer experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
Ensuring top-tier service is maintained to meet team targets.
Managing membership accounts and handling customer feedback.
Delivering clear and friendly communication.
Collaborating with different departments to find the best solutions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Previous experience in Customer Service or Call Centre roles is a plus.
A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care.
Calm and adaptable under pressure with a problem-solving mindset.
Strong communication skills across all channels.
Self-driven, proactive, and a true team player.
