We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care.
Responsibilities: Responding to customer inquiries and directing them to the relevant department when necessary.
Providing information and resolving customer queries.
Assisting customers with product purchases and order placement.
Managing email correspondence and liaising with the sales team and other departments.
Handling complaints, returns, and exchanges with empathy and efficiency.
Processing payments, chasing outstanding balances, and setting up new customer accounts.
Accurately entering customer information into our database.
Ensuring every customer's experience is a positive one.
