Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor Hours: 9am – 7pm, weekend work occasionally, hybrid working available Duration: Temporary until March 2025 Pay Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour Location: Holmes Chapel Key Duties: Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently, responding to inquiries regarding bookings and memberships with accurate and timely information.
Assist potential and existing customers by providing detailed explanations of services, membership benefits, and booking procedures.
Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor to ensure a positive customer experience.
Engage with potential customers through various communication channels, such as calls, emails, social media, and live chat.
Identify customer needs and interests, tailoring your approach to effectively present relevant products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with leads to nurture their interest and convert them into loyal customers.
