Part Time Customer Experience Advisor Hours: 9am – 7pm, weekend work occasionally, hybrid working available Duration: Temporary until March 2025 Pay Rate: £13.00 - £13.50ph Location: Holmes Chapel Key Duties: Answering the teles and emails dealing with any bookings and memberships Following up sales leads through a range of communication tools Aiming to maximize sales closures through the sales process Deal with cancelations and day pass calls and ensuring all customer queries are dealt with Completing sales activity reports Key Skills Required: Strong communication, planning and organizational skills IT Literate Experience in a customer service or sales role Full UK driving license If you are interested in this role please apply directly or email your CV to EllieCkpir.co.uk .
