No two days are the same here at Simple – there's always a new challenge to tackle.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be their hero!
Answering calls, responding to emails, and picking up contact via social and other channels through our efficient ticketing system, you'll showcase your customer-centric mindset and problem-solving prowess.
We're searching for candidates who excel in call and ticket/email handling, as we believe in constantly raising the bar.
As you grow more confident in your role, we'll introduce additional tasks that will challenge and excite you.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive support.
Whether it's addressing general inquiries, resolving missing orders, or collaborating with our internal and external teams, you'll ensure that every customer's concerns or issues regarding prescriptions or purchases are promptly resolved.

Experience with Zendesk (or similar), handling vulnerable customers, and out-of-the-box problem-solving are skills we're looking for.

Salary: £24,960 per year + Bonus Hours: Initial training will be 9:00am - 6:00pm & then role will require you to be flexible from 8:00am - 8:00pm (40 hours a week).
You need to be available 5 out of 7 days.
Interviews are taking place on: Thursday 9th and Thursday 16th of January.
We are looking to hire several people for this role, so will be holding an assessment centre from 2pm - 4pm on those days.
This is the only interview for this role and everyone will receive feedback within 24hrs.
