Position Details: Role: Customer Service Advisor Location: Ferndown Hours: Shifts between 14:00 - 23:00, Friday to Sunday Flexibility: Opportunity to work hybrid or fully remote after 3 months of successful performanceAbout the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers.
In this role, you will deliver outstanding service, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure customers feel valued and supported.

Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and escalate feedback appropriately.
