Customer Service Assistant Location: Wimborne  Salary: £13.00 per hour Hours:  Full-time, 9am-5pm, 5 days per week Includes 2 Saturdays each month, with a weekday off on those weeks.

Responsibility as a Customer Service Assistant: Assist customers in selecting suitable mobility equipment.
Handle phone inquiries promptly and proactively.
Demonstrate equipment, including lifting items into car boots.
Deliver friendly, welcoming customer service.
Showing patience and understanding when dealing with customers, many of whom are elderly or disabled.
