Customer Service Advisor

Job DescriptionIMMEDIATE START CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISORTEMPORARY CONTRACT – 8-WEEKS EXETERI am working with a client looking to fill a Customer Services Advisor temporary vacancy.
The position requires an immediate start, with an expected contract length of 8-weeks (possibility to extend further)Customer Service Role:This position is working within a car dealership and will be a combination of Customer Services and Administration duties: Helping to check customers in / drop-off their vehicle to the car dealershipTake incoming customer inquiries via telephone, walk-in, and email.
To handle customers in a professional, courteous and polite mannerTo make out-bound calls to customers with vehicle updatesTo assist with general Administration duties (i.e.
paper work filing, producing job packs for customer arrival etc) Skills required:Someone from ideally a Customer Services background, who is use to dealing with customers via the telephone and face-to-faceExcellent communication skillsYou must be PC literateSelf-motivated and able to work using your initiativeStrong Administration experience (organised, efficient etc)Temporary Contract:Duration: 8-weeks, with possible extensionStart date: ASAP / week commencing 6th SeptemberHours: Mon – Fri 8:30 – 17:30 (1-hour lunch) 40-hours per weekPay Rate: £9.50 – £10.00 per hour James Frost – Jago Consultant
