Start Date: 24th February 2025 Location: Bristol, BS99 Salary: £12.30 per hour, paid weekly - every Friday Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday; 08:30am - 17:30pm The Role Handling inbound customer service calls; providing support, guidance and knowledge to customers in a friendly, warm and professional manner, ensuring to provide a high level of service to all.
Using appropriate questions to understand and determine the customer's needs, resulting in first time resolution Communicating relevant information to internal and external customers via email in a professional manner Locating information from various relevant sources to be able to assist with customer queries.
Maintaining appropriate records and keeping data up to date and relevant Adhering to data protection act guidelines.
The Person Previous customer experience; whether it be in healthcare, retail, hospitality, leisure or contact centre and office based roles - we want someone that knows what good service is and has the passion to deliver it!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build a rapport and a memorable experience oozing with warmth, empathy and the genuine desire to do the best for our customers.
Ability to work in line with policies, procedures and processes.
Ability to utilise your training to provide a high level of service and knowledge to our customers IT literate and confident working across different platforms and software Customer Service, Customer Service Advisor, Call Centre, Contact Centre, Inbound Calls, Bristol, Retail, Hospitality, Care, Technical Support, Tech Support, Telecoms, Financial Services.
