Customer Service Advisor - German & French Speaking

Job Description Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are Recruiting for a German & French Speaking Customer Advisor for their client based in Bedford, Bedfordshire \n As a German & French Speaking Customer Advisor it will be your responsibility to work with Customers based in the German speaking region.
Providing excellent customer service via phone & email ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
\n Main Responsibilities \n \n Accurately & professionally manage inbound calls \n Deal with web enquiries in a prompt manor \n Generate as well as manage responses back to customers/consumers via Letters, Telephone & Email.
\n General administrative duties.
\n Taking receipt of returned product and managing the product through to investigation and closure of the issue.
\n To carry out translations as required.
\n \n Person Specification \n \n Fluent in German & French \n Previous experience working in a customer service environment \n Strong customer focus and professional approach \n Excellent communication skills, both oral and written \n Excellent ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgement/problem solving skills when making decisions \n Ability to learn new systems and processes \n Good computer skills \n Positive "can do" attitude \n \n This is a full-time Permanent position offering an annual salary of £28,000 + attractive company benefits!
\n This role offers flexibility to work from home / Work Remotely.
Successful Applicant will need to be in Bedford once a month for Team days.
