Job Overview This is a full-time office-based role where you will be responsible for supporting the company with Customer Experience post order.
The customer experience advisor is responsible for keeping track of our customers journey, interacting with customers across channels and platforms, and coordinating with all internal stakeholders such as Production, Transport, Sales teams.
Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities - Support the CS Team Leader in the SR (GRN) process.
- Preparing despatch paperwork, delivery notes, Commercial invoices, packing List and purchase orders when required - Liaise with Import/Export Companies for Custom Clearance.
- Help cover UK transport in Admin task - Pulling tickets, spreadsheet updates when required for holiday cover.
- Help maintain and update customer data (GDPR Compliance) - Answering incoming warranty call's overflow and answer where capable - General administrative responsibilities and/or other reasonable duties as required.
- Helping to collect data/carrying our surveys for NPS - Answering basic customer post sale enquiries, sending Drawings and install manuals.
- Support Customers post order with Technical Guidance, install enquiries.
- Liaise with the site customer regarding delivery dates, ensuring all order information is correct.
Postcode, contact numbers, delivery dates, offloading.
- Up sale of offloading facilities - Ensure large CTP and Commercial Pump station orders are project Managed.
Touch all through process so to ensure products are not built unnecessarily and its delivered-on time and in full.
- Maintain orders with changes on orders including delivery dates, address, products or on hold.
- Work closely with the Export Transport Co-Ordinator for the Export Market - Process orders for ROW and Germany Skills - Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience in data entry with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to upsell products or services while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A friendly disposition with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
