Customer Service Advisor - Inbound Call Centre / Full training provided - Gloucester HQ - 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri (Not remote) - £25,000 Overview: Operating in a busy inbound call centre, you will play a pivotal role in driving productivity and ensuring the very highest levels of customer service.
This position calls for a dynamic individual who loves customer interaction, can work with multiple IT applications and enjoys the buzz of team collaboration.

Core Responsibilities: Handle client communications, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Accurately log client interactions and service requests using in-house IT systems.
Coordinate solutions, adhering to SLAs and optimising efficiency.
Facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders.
Demonstrate excellent email/ticket management and response skills.
Uphold exceptional customer care standards.
Contribute to achieving team KPIs through diligent work ethic.
Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as needed.
Working to targets to ensure, personal and team KPIs met.
