Job summary This role as a Customer Service Advisor at Avery Healthcare is a temporary position that requires an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to provide a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone.
The successful candidate will support the Home with various responsibilities, including managing the reception area, assisting with show rounds, and following up on sales enquiries.
Main duties of the job The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include maintaining the reception area to a high standard, supporting the process of show rounds, actively following up and managing sales enquiries, and assisting the Home Administrator as required.

Supporting with the process of show rounds.
Actively following up and manage any sales enquiries through to admissions.
Assisting the Home Administrator as required.ABOUT YOUTo be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do.Our ideal candidate must: Have effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner.
Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Suite.
Demonstrate a positive attitude to all residents and visitors.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have effective interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner, be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office suite, demonstrate a positive attitude towards residents and visitors, and have a minimum of two years' previous experience in a customer service role.
