The company is seeking a well-organized, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their friendly, award-winning team as a Customer Service Advisor at the Avonmere Care Home in Bristol.
Main duties of the job The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone.
They will support the home by assisting with the process of show rounds, actively following up and managing any sales enquiries through to admissions, and supporting the Home Administrator as required.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential To be successful in this role, the candidate must have effective interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner, be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Suite, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards all residents and visitors.
