Customer Service Advisor – Advisor Services
Salary: £22,900 + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Bournemouth (hybrid working)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday: 9am-6pm (no weekends)

A little bit about what you'll do
As a Customer Service Advisor in the Advisor Services team, you'll be the first point of contact for our business partners.
We work with a wide range of brokers and organisations, and you'll be there to support them with admin, queries, and questions.
Every day, you'll pick up inbound calls and follow up via email.

To thrive, you need to be organised, computer-literate and 100% professional.
Customer Service experience is helpful, but it's not essential.
