Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and providing accurate information about products and services.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with quotes, availability checks, and follow-up on potential leads.
Order Management: Efficiently handle the end-to-end process of hire desk operations, including processing hire orders, returns, and exchanges.
