Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our clients team in Lisburn.
The ideal candidate will be confident with good communication skills and have a strong background in customer service and/or telesales.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
You will be responsible for addressing customer enquiries and processing orders efficiently and accurately.
The Customer Service Administrator will work as part of a busy office-based team to build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with an existing customer base.
Responsibilities Make and receive calls to/from customers to process orders.
Accurately input customer orders and generate relevant paperwork.
Greet and assist visitors and customers in reception area.
Provide information on products and pricing to customers.
Update customer information on the database.
Process customer payments.
Understand the customers' needs and tailor the service to their needs.
Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette when communicating with customers.
Upsell products and services when appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve issues.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
The successful applicant must possess and demonstrate the use of the following skills and knowledge: Excellent communication and listening skills.
A polite, confident, and friendly manner.
IT literacy.
Good negotiation skills.
Well organised.
Attention to detail, even under pressure.
Use of initiative.
Essential Criteria Minimum of 5 GCSE Grades A - C (to include Maths and English).
2 years experience in customer service and/or telesales.
Preferred Criteria Experience of working in an office environment.
IT literate with a good knowledge of microsoft word, excel and outlook.
