Customer Service Administrator

Location: Outskirts of Horsham Working Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Transport: Own transport required due to limited public transport Are you passionate about customer service and looking for a dynamic role where every day brings new challenges?
We're looking for a positive, proactive individual to join in a dual role that combines customer service with administrative support!
What You'll Do: * Be the friendly voice that helps customers via phone, email, and live chat * Provide expert advice and knowledge to ensure customers love their experience * Process orders, handle returns, and manage any customer complaints with ease * Update customer database efficiently * Collaborate with various departments, including sales and ecommerce, to keep everything running smoothly * Get involved in managing trade accounts and working with the accounts team Who You Are: * A fast learner with great communication skills and an empathetic nature * A problem-solver who thrives on finding solutions and making customers happy * Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude, eager to go the extra mile * Ideally, you have experience in customer service * Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Join a team that truly values your contribution, offers room to grow, and provides a supportive, exciting environment.
