THE ROLE: We are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for this great Exeter based company.
You will be joining a team who all support each other and work towards the common goal in a positive, fast-paced environment.
You will be an integral part of the customer service team, providing a first-class service to the business's clients, alongside administrational needs and customer management.Daily duties will include:Answer customer calls, via phone, emails, text and chat serviceUpdate customer records and maintain database and company systemResolve and record any customer queries in a timely mannerAccount manage existing customers ensuring that they are receiving the best possible serviceRespond to email enquiries and general administrative tasksEnsure all parts of the customer's order process has been successfulProcess all customer documentation and maintain files and recordsThe successful candidate:Excellent communication skills and telephone mannerCustomer service experience, this could have been gained in hospitality or retailStrong IT and MS Office skillsWilling to learn new systems and undergo trainingA resilient, can-do attitude where no job is too big or smallWorks well in a team, and happy communicating with the wider companyTakes onboard feedback in order to progress personal development in the roleA positive disposition and someone who enjoys a fun dynamic environment
