Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

If you thrive in a dynamic working environment and are eager to make a difference, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities include:Supporting vulnerable individuals with completing applications accurately and within required KPIs and timescalesProviding detailed induction briefings and offering advice and guidance to clients throughout the processCollaborating with the regional team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and policiesEnsuring clients are aware of eligibility criteria and their obligations to provide supporting evidence within specified timescalesHandling inbound and outbound calls effectively, while maximising support provided to those in needUndertaking casework, including complex or safeguarding cases, as requiredMaintaining accurate case records, completing case follow-ups within prescribed time scales, and conducting necessary administrative tasksProviding face-to-face outreach support for clients with additional needs as scheduled at designated locationsQualifications and Skills:Ability to provide a service to clients over the phoneProven experience of providing advice and support in sensitive and emotionally demanding situationsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExperience working towards challenging performance KPIsEmpathetic approach to assisting individuals facing transition and uncertaintyAbility to learn quickly and adapt to changeRecruitment Process:Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) is required - this will be complete by the client on your behalfA fully enhanced DBS certificate is required Must have 5 years continuous residency in the UKA valid passportJoin our client's team and be part of a dynamic organisation that values its employees' well-being and personal growth.
