Our ethos is simple, by providing customers with a safe and decent home it allows them to realise their potential, enjoy their environment and contribute to their community.As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be working within the Product Quality Team to provide an efficient, flexible and professional customer service function.ResponsibilitiesProvide an excellent customer focused front line service along with managing the customer journey on behalf of the Product Quality Team and Hyde to their new purchasers and those renting newly built homes.Act as first point of contact for residents ensuring any requests, queries and problems associated with their new build homes are resolved in a manner that improves overall customer satisfaction/experience.Organise, schedule and co-ordinate appointments with both external and internal stakeholders across the business, ensuring a smooth operation timetable.Work in collaboration with external build contractors, Construction Project Managers, Sales and Marketing Teams and other internal Hyde departments to deliver high standard of service to all customers moving into their newly built properties.Raise any non-compliance or process failures with Managers as set out in the Risk management framework, encompassing Health & Safety, Data Protection and management controls or compliance with all statutory, regulatory and policy requirements.Skills and Experience RequiredStrong Customer Service skillsExperience working within Admin or Customer ServicesProficient with MS OfficeBenefits:A fantastic pensionLife assuranceGreat holidaysAn award-winning flexible benefits package.Volunteering days
