Our client, an expanding global business, is seeking a talented individual to join their incredible team in Birchwood with technical skills and knowledge of vehicles and parts.
Location: Birchwood, Warrington Full-time, permanent role Salary: £26,000 per annum As the Customer Service Administrator within the Automotive sector, you will have the exciting responsibility of managing claims files in mechanical breakdown contracts.
Your role will involve adhering to internal procedures, providing exceptional service to customers, dealer partners, and repairers.

Key Responsibilities: Manage Sales Administration and Mechanical Breakdown Claims Process new claims and ensure accuracy and completeness of information Follow up on claims cases until they are closed/complete Maintain day-to-day relationships with customers, dealer partners, and repairers Handle complaints and ensure the highest level of service is provided Essential Experience: Previous call-centre experience Experience within Warranty Management Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written Customer-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Optimistic and confident attitude IT literate with good telephone skills In addition to a competitive salary, our client offers incredible company benefits.

This is a full-time permanent role with an immediate start.
You will work on a rotating shift pattern, with hours ranging from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
