It's an exciting time to join the business as their new Customer Service Account Handler, being part of a close-knit and friendly team and being a pivotal part of the company's ongoing success in providing the best service to their clients.
Key Responsibilities: Working closely with clients and engineers to book planned maintenance, remedial works and additional tasks.
Ensure these works are completed within deadlines and commercially correct.
Support with the administration and provision of Risk Assessments & Method Statements.
Ensure that all emergency call-outs are attended within set timescales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, being an advocate for the business values and positive reputation.
Deliver prompt service and manage any queries effectively, escalate any issues immediately to the Team Leader to avoid complaints.
Detailed administration and record keeping.
To Be Successful: Strong computer skills.
Excellent written and oral communication to a wide range of stakeholders.
Naturally ambitious and organised.
Previous experience in a customer service environment - we can teach you everything else!
Genuine team player that can use their own initiative.
Capacity to learn.
