We are a wine company, the logistics of wine are complex, our job is to make it look simple.
With such a diverse collection of customers, from small independent merchants to fine dining restaurants, it is a challenge to continually exceed our customers' expectations….
but that is what we do.
What will this involve?
· You will wow our customers with consistently phenomenal service both on the phone and via email.
· Working as a team you will process customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure that our vehicles are able to load and deliver on time · Working closely with our bonded warehouse, our network of transporters and suppliers in order to ensure they understand what they need to do to guarantee we deliver our promises.
· You will provide a comprehensive range of administrative tasks including organising samples, arranging returns, raising credits, all of which are to be carried out to completion within the timescales committed to.
What kind of person are we looking for?
· You will ideally have a minimum of one years' experience working in a busy customer service environment and will be driven to exceed your customers' expectations on a daily basis.
· The phone is a mega important piece of kit for us, you need to be confident on the phone and have an amazing telephone manner.
· If the phone is ringing we pick up quickly, simple as.
You will need to convince us that you have a 'fastest finger' approach too.
· You will have strong admin skills, which even when the pressure is on, you will perform consistently well.
· Communication skills including the ability to write and speak articulately due to an excellent command of the English language.
· You will thrive as part of a team but also be able to work on your own initiative.
· You will be a problem solver, able to take solutions to completion.
· You enjoy a fast-paced environment where you can demonstrate your ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload because you have a complete understanding of what brilliance looks like.
· You will be computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills.
· You will demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills.
