About the Role: As a Customer Sales Advisor , you will play a crucial role in driving sales while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Your ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions will be key to achieving success.

You'll be working on the front lines, turning every customer interaction into an opportunity for sales growth.
  Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales and Revenue: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that will provide the best solutions, ensuring you meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service by creating a positive, welcoming environment.
Build rapport quickly to gain customers' trust and loyalty.
Achieve KPIs and Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and conversion rates.
Track and report on individual performance metrics.
Manage Customer Relationships: Follow up with leads and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Provide Market Insights: Offer feedback on customer preferences, competitor products, and industry trends to help improve our sales strategies.
  Requirements: A competitive, results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, telesales, or service-based positions) with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with customers.
Goal-focused and self-motivated, with a passion for achieving personal and team sales goals.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively, even in challenging situations.
A proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and turning them into tangible results.
