Customer Relationship Specialist About Us Established in 1998, Mundy Veneer are purveyors of fine wood veneers and interior architectural surface materials.
We have a passion for wood, coupled with a love of colour and exemplary design.
We stock hundreds of types of species and are regarded as the leading supplier with the most in-depth knowledge of the veneer we sell.
About the Role The main purpose of the role is to support all customers, architects, interior designers and contractors, through the end to end process of product selection and order management, using bespoke solutions and expert advice.
Building and maintaining strong relationsips and understanding the key drivers that enable the business to secure contracts from new and exisiting customers.
Contributing to the business development is an essential part of the role.
Key responsibilities Developing long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and acting in their best interests to ensure high standards are met Providing a unique and bespoke service to each client, advising on the best products, and providing your specialist insight and guidance Working quickly to respond to inbound inquiries and supporting through to order Providing samples, quotes and sales orders ensuring a smooth sales order process Immerse yourself in the industry, learning everything there is to know about the products and services you can offer.
Assisting with projects and pulling together as a team in busy periods to ensure important, time-sensitive orders are met with care and accuracy Providing market analysis for future development Represent the company with site visits to customers, suppliers and at trade fairs.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 – 17:00, 5 days a week.
