The day to day includes supporting the businesses within IED (Construction & Recycling, Manufacturing, Agriculture & Finance for Industry) with processing documentation for financial agreements, facilitating pay-outs and managing the 'in-life' journey of our customers. RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with Sales and our customers to ensure a smooth the onboarding and agreement set up processes while focussing on getting things done right first time.Process new proposals, including checks on anti-money laundering, credit searching, linking exposures and loading and checking assets Check and collate documentation and associated paperwork in a timely manner ensuring that we are in full compliance with current legislation and credit approvals.Preparing accurate payments to suppliers, brokers and customersAccurately upload all financial agreements to the platforms (using Salesforce & Alfa) with a full understanding of how each agreement and product works Issue welcome packs to all new customers within agreed timescales and include all relevant documentationProcess all deposits and initial payments on ALFA systemSupport the Sales team by speaking to Customers and internal stakeholders to progress with new business transactionReceive and respond to enquiries by email or telephone, addressing these effectively and in a timely mannerAddress customer complaints in accordance to policyWE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:The Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Proven experience of working proactively and taking initiativeNumerate with analytical abilityStrong interpersonal skills, quick to develop and maintain strong relationship both internally and externallyExperience of providing excellent Customer support IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU ARE:Previous knowledge and experience of the Asset Finance industryConfident using Microsoft ProductsKnowledgeable or have experience of the Financial Services Industry and in similar operational or customer facing rolesWe are an inclusive organisation and committed to ensuring our recruitment process is as accessible as possible to everyone.
