The Role The CRM Executive will manage end-to-end email campaigns, optimising audience reach for car buyers and sellers.
You will play a key role in enhancing customer communication, from campaign briefing and asset collection to delivery and performance analysis.
This position provides a unique chance to contribute to large-scale marketing projects alongside a talented team.
Key Responsibilities Traffic email campaigns from brief through to deployment, ensuring asset accuracy and timely sign-off.
Maintain the email campaign Notion board, adding new briefs and updating campaign statuses.
Build targeted email templates and customer segments using the drag-and-drop editor in Iterable.
Conduct quality assurance for emails, checking spelling, grammar, URLs, and targeting.
Report on campaign performance metrics, sharing actionable insights with the wider team.
Essential Skills Proficiency in managing end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
