Reports to: Division General Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Assistant to support our Division General Manager in customer management, meeting organization, and the development of sales strategies.
In this key role, you will assist in preparing meeting materials, recording meeting points, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring the successful execution of action items.
You will also contribute to market analysis and competitor research, helping to shape our sales strategy and business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Meetings: Support the Division General Manager in organizing customer meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and managing follow-up actions.
Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks such as writing meeting minutes, compiling reports, and updating customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
On-site Support: Attend customer meetings when required, take detailed meeting notes, and ensure that all agreed action items are executed on time.
Sales Documentation: Manage and coordinate sales-related documents, ensuring all materials are accurate, consistent, and meet company standards.
Customer Service: Provide prompt and efficient support for customer inquiries and requests, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy: Assist in market analysis and competitor research, supporting the development of sales strategies and business plans.
Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, customer support, or administrative assistance, preferably within a sales or customer-focused environment.
Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Additional language skills are a plus.
