This is a unique offering for a travel professional who enjoys a varied role of customer service and operations.
Being fully immersed within a well established and close knit team, you will be the customers point of contact for pre and post departure queries or complaints.

As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be working a shift pattern which will change based on the time of year, and will include every other weekend with a day of before and after the week as time in lieu, more details on the shifts available on application.
The role: Provide customer with exceptional customer service for pre and post departure queries or complaints Ensure the company are represented in a professional manner at all times Think commercially when handling a complaint scenario, whilst remaining empathetic Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressured and ever changing environment Ensure the customer has a positive experience with the company Ensure all companies processes and procedures are followed whilst meeting service levels Carry out any adhoc projects within the Customer Experience team You will have: Travel industry background Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role Patience, resilience and the ability to be empathetic regardless of the situation A commercial mindset, and ensure margins for each reservation are maximised Familiarity with social media (Facebook, twitter, trust pilot etc) Basic knowledge of ABTA Code of Conduct Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Information: Competitive salary, details on application Performance related bonus Pension Discounted holidays Free city centre parking If you'd like to be part of this exceptional customer service team where you'll have the opportunity to work hard, but still have fun, then this is the role for you.
