Job Title: Training Consultant - Customer Operations Compliance Location: Milton Keynes Contract: Start ASAP - Mid 2025 Pay Rate: £21.65 per hour Are you passionate about delivering imperatively training and ensuring high standards in customer service?
We're seeking a Training Consultant to join our Customer Operations team.
This role focuses on designing and delivering compliance-focused, customer-centric training, creating interactive experiences to build technical, process, and soft skills for colleagues across the department.
You'll play a vital role in maintaining consistent training standards, not only within the team but also with our Outsource Partners.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver high-quality, regulatory training materials to support compliance and efficiency in customer services.
Communicate updates in systems, processes, and procedures to ensure all teams are informed and prepared.
Partner with Outsource Partners (OSP) during high-recruitment periods to ensure a unified, consistent training output.
Manage accreditation activities across Customer Operations and with all Outsource Partners to maintain approved standards in customer interactions.
Qualifications and Experience: Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering training to large teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with Legal and Compliance teams.
Preferred Qualifications: TAPi or CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
Relevant experience in Financial Services, Automotive, or B2C sectors is desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office tools Education: A-Level or equivalent qualifications, with a preference for a degree-level education, especially in Maths and English.
