Customer Operations Technician

Details of the offer

A great opportunity to join our supply planning and customer operations team where you will be engaging with commercial, supply chain and third-party logistic providers to maximise order fulfillment and on time deliveries to customers.
You will act as a dedicated point of contact for all customer enquiries in relation to sales order management and transacting at a high level of accuracy within established timelines.
Working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
You will make contributions that matter by...
Receiving, validating and processing customer orders.
Investigating and managing incidents on delivery and pro-actively resolving ongoing issues to improve service levels.
Managing promotional activity by ensuring that correct product codes and effective dates are maintained on the system.
Monitoring actual demand vs forecast and sharing the results with the commercial team.
You are best suited for the role if you have Excellent customer service skills with an understanding of manufacturing and logistic processes.
High attention to detail with a particular focus on order processing.
The ability to manage your time effectively in order to meet deadlines.
A desire to learn new skills, show enthusiasm and flexibility in problem-solving.
