Automation and personalisation are key pillars of our new Customer Lifecycle Marketing proposition, delivering an enhanced guest experience and incremental revenue.
The CLM Exec will support implement the CRM strategy, including managing the development, build and execution of tactical communication campaigns to improve conversion and engagement rates.
Your Opportunity: To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by: - Working closely with data management, commercial, digital and brand teams to create and deliver compelling campaigns by leveraging customer data for holidays and holiday homes - Delivering campaigns to support key sales periods and support delivery of tactical offers - Proactively using internal reporting channels to understand effectiveness of email campaigns and recommend improvements - Contributing to the overall marketing plan by ensuring synergy across channels and look for opportunities to add value to other activity or wider campaigns What we'd like you to bring: - Strong experience of working with Email Service Providers to build and send emails - Understanding of the booking process and guest experience - A good understanding of customer databases and how they work - Analytical and reporting skills - Effective stakeholder management skills - Basic project management skills What's In It For You?
