Customer Journey Optimisation Specialist Location: Redditch (3 days a week) Contract: 3 months Rate: £200 per day (Outside IR35) About the Role: I am looking for a skilled Customer Journey Optimisation Specialist for 3-month contract.
This role is based in Redditch for 3 days a week and pays £200 per day, outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities: Utilise Content Square to analyse and optimise customer journeys.
Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the customer experience.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of optimisation plans.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes.
Requirements: Proven experience in customer journey optimisation.
Proficiency in using Content Square.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
