Customer Helpdesk Advisor, Wolverhampton, Full-time and Permanent, ASAP start, Office based, £25k+ Customer Helpdesk Advisor £25,000 - £27,000 per annum Full-time, Permanent Wolverhampton based No hybrid working Key duties Scheduling engineer works Keeping clients updated with updates Manage a client 'ticketing' system Handle inbound and outbound calls Manage the helpdesk's workflow Preparing client quotations and supporting with sales administration What you'll need to succeed Exceptional initiative and a self-starter attitude Experience in administration, customer service or helpdesk role Experience in manufacturing/engineering is preferred but not essential.
