Business Unit: Commercial, Direct Mortgage Salary Range: £30,400 - £45,600 per annum DOE + red hot benefits  Location: UK Remote with occasional travel to office or Hub Live for progression with more 'pop'.

Our Team A brilliant opportunity has arisen to join us as a Customer First Team Manager in Direct Mortgages.
This is a key role within Direct Mortgages where our customers mean the world to us.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Customer First Mortgage Assistants who are the first point of contact for our customers who are looking to discuss their mortgage needs and achieve home dreams.
You need to have a real passion for customers, colleagues and coaching.

What you will be doing Lead, coach and direct a diverse team with a variety of skillsets and responsibilities.
Coach colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experience that is right first time, every time.
Manage colleague wellbeing and ensure adequate support is in place as required.
Be responsible for identifying the training and coaching needs of your team Support colleagues delivering Team Goals and achieving Personal ones.
Review and act upon quality/productivity results – review individual performance in line with our HR policies.
Update people leader tools including Our Performance & CoreHR.
Lead and promote a Continuous Improvement culture to increase operational effectiveness.
We need you to have Mortgage experience - strong understanding and experience of the end to end mortgage journey Excellent leadership behaviours and great people management skills.
A good understanding of the banks policies and procedures.
Good stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the organisation.
Experience of working in a fast paced, time critical environment.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
A passion for providing great customer experience Drive and the ability to work well under pressure.
It's a bonus if you have but not essential A track record in successfully managing multi-functional teams.
